Director, Learning Strategies and Solutions
The Director position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and hands-on collaboration and development of instructional courses that advance our end users in deepening and applying their knowledge of our offerings.
This role leverages the necessary skills to ensure an effective and professional learning experience by applying the fundamentals of instructional design practices.
The role also extends into custom content development and management to ensure that highly technical subject matter can be communicated accurately, consistently, and in understandable terms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Designs and maintains exceptional eLearning course content that meets performance objectives.
Participates in the development and oversight of custom content for front-end web development.
Scopes projects and estimates time required to meet deadlines.
Communicates when obstacles arise and proposes ways to mitigate risks.
Manages multiple concurrent projects and consults widely across the organization, researches topics independently, and uses subject matter expert time efficiently.
Leverages data analytics to measure and report on continuous improvements.
Provides leadership and planning support for sales and reseller(s).
Aligns with Sales and Customer Success to support financial and performance metrics; understands and assists with key opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have direct supervisory duties over product managers.

years of software/technology experience in the K-12 education market, in particular, math and literacy skills 3
years of hands-on experience developing commercial eLearning content in the K-12 education market, in particular, math and literacy skills Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and online Strong understanding of instructional trends Computer Skills:
Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and Smartsheet.
Experience with Camtasia and Captivate preferred Experience in internet navigation and search utilities, high degree of comfort and ability for computer system and network navigation, knowledge of how to create, search for, copy, move, rename, and change file types, knowledge of how to transport and save information across different formats.
