Job-7598 A 100 bed hospital located in Northern NC, located about 1 hr from Raleigh and about 45 mins from Durham, is seeking a dynamic and creative Sr. Human Resource Business Partner. The Candidate is responsible for advising the hospital workforce on Human Resources and payroll related policies and programs. An integral part of the HR team, this position will consult with, coach and advise managers on culture, engagement, HR activities, and employee issues; utilizing effective communication while interpreting and recommending appropriate policies, procedures, services and programs. The Sr. HRBP will develop or assist in developing, implement and coordinate hospital HR programs that support a strong patient safety and team culture. The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the HRD, supervises HR team members and plays a critical role in various strategic and operating objectives, that align with the Hospital mission vision and guiding principles. Demonstrates a passion for identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for as well as knowledge of HR data/analytics, industry trends and best practice. QUALIFICATIONS Required:
3-5 years Human resource generalist, business partner and/ or managerial experience Demonstrated skill in talent management and acquisition, Experience with managing high volume and complex employee relation and culture situations 4 year degree in business administration or related field with a master degree preferred Strong HRIS skills - lawson- ulti pro, taleo and kronos Excellent public speaker, proven track record of developing programs and implementing them successfully across a diverse group of people Preferred:
Very energetic and creative Looking to advance their career, some team member supervision 1-3 people would be nice Willing to relocate if necessary, but prefer regional knowledge within 100 miles of facility experience in training and development, process improvement and presentation development This historic city is located in the Western North Carolina Mountains between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Great Smokies, 22 miles south of Asheville, and 15 miles north of the North-South Carolina border.
